Company details: The website mkids.dk belongs to m-kids ApS and all orders for mkids.dk are processed and invoiced from m-kids ApS. In these trade terms, the seller (and webshop) is referred to as m-kids.

Product Information: On mkids.dk you can read about the product’s essential features, further information or questions about existing information, can be sent to m-kids via mail@mkids.dk

Prices: All prices are valid only on the day of purchase. Prices can be changed but the buyer will be charged the price applicable on the day of purchase if m-kids accept the order. All prices are shown incl. VAT.

Order: At mkids.dk you can only order items via our website. If you have requests for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.

When you trade with mkids.dk agreements are entered in Danish.

It is not possible to view previous orders through login on the site. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to mail@mkids.dk.

Payment: On mkids.dk you can pay with: Dankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, Mastercard, and ViaBill.

No fee will be charged when paying on mkids.dk. You can never withdraw a larger amount than your purchase. The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit cards, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves from m-kids.

Delivery: To get the package delivered you will pay a freight. The freight depends on the weight and size of the package. Delivery is done with Bring or PostNord. Below you can see what your shipment in Denmark costs:

We ship to Denmark, countries within the EU and Norway. Freight rates for delivery outside Denmark will be shown in the order confirmation but can be obtained by mail to mail@mkids.dk.

If you choose the delivery type, without delivery, in order to receive your shipment, please provide your e-mail address and phone number for which you can receive an SMS, indicating where and when the package can be picked up. If you choose the home delivery type, you are not required to provide a phone number.

The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration: When the ordered goods have come into the possession of the buyer, the risk that the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to incidents to the buyer.

Complaint: The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on defects may apply to goods purchases. When you shop at mkids.dk, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How quickly do I have to make the complaint? You must make the complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We refund reasonable shipping costs If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you ship the item to us: When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please use our RMA form, which you will find at the bottom of this page. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case management and minimizes the time of processing of the complaint. Note: We do not receive packages sent per cash on delivery or the like. Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

M-kids are not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods ordered arriving late at the buyer or if the items ordered suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to the buyer’s action or omission or circumstances beyond the m- Kids’ control, e.g. war, insurgency, riots, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.

Returns: You have 14 days of withdrawal when shopping at mkids.dk.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you;

  1. Have received your item
  2. Get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
  3. Get the last party or the last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement to deliver a product consisting of multiple lots or parts

You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent by e-mail to mail@mkids.dk or by phone to tel. +45 40 82 12 82. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret just by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice about this.

Return: You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. Goods returned unstamped or cash on delivery are refused. When returning please use packet distributors that allow tracking of the item if it should be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item properly packaged – together with a copy of the invoice and please clearly indicate that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you, therefore, wish to receive a refund of the item’s price. You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the product used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product in a manner that ensures that it is not decreased in value, but you must not take it in use.

Repayment of purchase amount: If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you have paid us back. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the return unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. You can also cancel the purchase by giving notice and by prior notice, hand it in in person at the above address.

If the buyer advises m-kids that buyer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, m-kids will refund the amount received.

What should I send back? You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our standard return form that you find at the bottom of this page. These return rules apply to all items sold as distance sales (for private) – it does not apply to goods sold to companies.

The personal data are registered with m-kids ApS and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The director and the accounting officer of m-kids ApS have access to the information that is registered about you. The data controller at mkids.dk is Majbritt Schiønning. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to mkids.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personally sensitive information. When registering for any Newsletter, we will register your email address. The e-mail address does not pass on to others.

As registered with m-kids ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact M-Kids ApS by e-mail to mail@mkids.dk.

Complaint procedure: If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact mail@mkids.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, www.kfst.dk, if the conditions for this are met.
